**Shipping Policy**
At **Ladies of Sawdust (MVM Enterprises)**, we pack and ship orders on a weekly schedule so we can keep things running smoothly and sustainably.

**Processing Schedule**
Orders are processed and shipped **once per week on Wednesdays**.
To be included in that week’s shipment, please place your order by **Friday at 12:00 PM (Noon ET / Toronto time)**. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the following Wednesday.

**Shipping Times**
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. These are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

**Carriers**
We use trusted shipping carriers to deliver your order safely. Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, it is out of our control and any delays are the responsibility of the shipping provider.

**Tracking Information**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your selected shipping method).

**Delays & Exceptions**
Shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we always do our best to get your order out on schedule.

**Lost or Stolen Packages**
Ladies of Sawdust is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
